Well, they say March comes in like a lion, and it sure does! That Nor’easter hit Boston hard. We didn’t get any snow here, but we got a lot of rain and wind and there was a lot of flooding. I’m holding out hope that it only goes up from here. March means it’s almost spring. March also means it’s time to start thinking about St. Patrick’s Day and I’m super excited about this recipe.
