Here in Boston we’re expecting our third nor’easter in a row this week. The first one was all rain, the next one was a few inches of snow, so who knows what to expect this week! But today was spring forward so that means spring is close, right? Well, I know that Easter is just a few weeks away. And so is Passover. Those mean spring, right?! Well, another year in Boston and another Super Bowl for the Patriots. This year is an unexciting Super Bowl for me. I don’t particularly care for either team (sorry fellow Bostonians!) so I may be tuning into the Puppy Bowl instead this year. However, I know there are lots of Pats and Eagles fans out there! I also know there are a lot of people who are going to Super Bowl parties who may want to bring delicious treats!
I have never been a fan of spicy foods. I don’t understand why people want to eat foods that cause physical pain. But recently I discovered that often those spicy foods also have a really delicious flavor. I decided I needed to build my tolerance to spice because I am missing out on so many amazing foods and flavors by avoiding it.

I can’t believe it’s already August and kids are already starting to go back to school! This summer has been so busy and has totally flown by. I am so glad to be home and getting back into my routine, though it’s definitely challenging! I didn’t want to get through the entire summer without some fun summer recipes. Continue Reading
