Stout Beer Football Brownies

Stout Beer Football Super Bowl Brownies

I cannot believe it’s already 2019.  2018 was such a great year.  Like any year, it definitely had some big downs, but it also had a lot of ups.  I have a lot of high hopes for 2019. It seems like as soon as January 1st hit, the stores were covered in pink and red and Valentine’s day was everywhere.  And I love Valentine’s day.  It’s one of my favorite holidays!  But before Valentine’s day gets here, we have another exciting holiday: Super Bowl Sunday! Super Bowl Sunday is all about beer, football, and food, so I have combined all of those things to bring you the perfect Super Bowl Brownies: Stout Beer Football Brownies.

But my absolute favorite Passover dessert has always been my mom’s chocolate chip meringue cookies.  I always eat so many of them.  I just can’t bring myself to stop.  They are so good. But now I have for you a cake that will give those cookies a run for their money. A Kosher for Passover Flourless Chocolate Red Wine Cake. Continue Reading

Pots O’ Gold

Pot O' Gold Guinness brownie pots with caramel Irish Whiskey gold mousse

Well, they say March comes in like a lion, and it sure does! That Nor’easter hit Boston hard.  We didn’t get any snow here, but we got a lot of rain and wind and there was a lot of flooding.  I’m holding out hope that it only goes up from here.  March means it’s almost spring. March also means it’s time to start thinking about St. Patrick’s Day and I’m super excited about this recipe. This is a super easy recipe for Pots o’ Gold.
