If you read my last post, you know that my husband and I tried some adventurous and delicious popsicles at Las Paletas in Nashville, and now I am recreating those popsicles as easy-peasy ice cream that you can make at home! Even though summer is quickly coming to an end, the heat doesn’t seem to be going anywhere so you’re going to need some solid no-bake treats to beat the summer heat! Continue Reading
Before popsicle shops were popping up (pun intended) everywhere, it was this cool (pun not intended), novel, genius idea. My husband and I were in Nashville and a friend recommended Las Paletas, a popsicle shop. I was kind of confused, and super intrigued. I mean, popsicles are basically frozen juice, right?! Now, I don’t believe in the word “foolproof” as I’ve been known to mess up “foolproof” recipes or projects, but this fudge just always works. It takes no time at all to make, and then you just throw it in the fridge and you’re done. You don’t even have to turn on the oven! Continue Reading
