  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 9×13 pan with nonstick foil.
  2. Put eggs in a large bowl and beat lightly.
  3. Add milk, coffee, butter, sugar, and salt.
  4. Gently stir in bread cubes.
  5. Pour into lined pan and bake 35-40 minutes.
Sauce
  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir in milk and coffee until smooth.
  3. Heat over medium heat and bring to boil.
  4. Continue stirring until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
  6. Pour over cooked bread pudding or serve warm on the side.
