  1. Prepare or purchase your favorite pie crust.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  3. Beat the cooked, peeled potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add all ingredients (I put the butter in first and buried it in the hot sweet potatoes so it would melt).
  5. Beat until fully blended and smooth.
  6. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake for 60-90 minutes. It will likely take closer to the 90, but keep an eye on it so your crust doesn’t burn.
  7. When the center of the pie is set, remove from oven and cool.
  8. Cover the top of the pie with mini marshmallows and torch until toasty! If you don’t have a kitchen torch, you can use the broiler, but watch very closely because the marshmallows will burn very quickly!
Recipe Notes

If you would like to leave the bourbon out of this recipe, substitute 1 tablespoon of vanilla instead and add an additional 1/4 cup of whipping cream.
