Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. Beat together butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in Triple Sec and eggs.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
  5. Alternate adding dry and wet ingredients starting and ending with dry (add dry in thirds and wet in halves).
  6. Pour batter into cupcake liners till mostly filled.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool completely, then frost.
Frosting
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add more cranberry juice (or vodka!) if the frosting is too thick, more powdered sugar if it’s too wet.
  3. Beat until desired consistency.
