Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8″ round cake pan.
  2. Combine flour, sugars, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs and milk, and stir until well combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Press the mixture into the cake pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden. Cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack to cool completely.
  7. If desired, top with your favorite buttercream frosting.
