I didn’t celebrate Christmas growing up. I got my first Christmas tree after I moved in with my best friend when I was in law school. I first celebrated Christmas with my now-husband a year or two into our relationship. I had this picture in my head of what waking up on Christmas morning should be like: wake up, look out the window to see if it had snowed, bake cinnamon rolls (from the tube, of course) and brew coffee while we sit on the floor in our PJs and bathrobes and exchange gifts. HAPPY 2018!!! Can you believe it?? 2017 just flew by. And now here we are in January. The beautiful holiday decorations are coming down, but it’s still bitterly, uncomfortably cold out there.
