  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick foil.
  3. Put eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat lightly.
  4. Add coconut cream, butter, sugar, and salt to the eggs.
  5. Gently stir in bread cubes.
  6. Pour into lined pan and bake 30-40 min.
  7. Serve with sauces over warm pudding and sprinkle with coconut shreds.
