Bread
  1. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray and preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and mix till combined.
  4. Add chai tea and pumpkin and mix till combined.
  5. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix in.
  6. Add flour and mix till incorporated.
  7. Fill mini loaves about 3/4 way with batter and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frosting
  1. Beat butter till soft and fluffy.
  2. Beat in cream cheese till combined.
  3. Add powdered sugar until frosting reaches desired consistency and sweetness.
  4. Spread onto tops of cooled loaves.
Recipe Notes

If you use a full-size loaf pan, cook time will be increased.
