If you have a recipe that calls for egg yolks, save the egg whites to make meringue!

My Maple Creme Brulee recipe uses 5 egg yolks! Luckily, you can put those egg whites to delicious use!  If meringue isn’t your thing, my Bourbon Peach Sweet Tea cupcakes and Strawberries & Champagne Nutella cupcakes both call for egg whites!
