Peanut Butter Pumpkin Sweet Potato Pupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup peanut butter all natural, unsalted (peanuts should be the only ingredient)
  • ½ cup sweet potato puree
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and grease mini cupcake pan.
  • Combine oil, peanut butter, sweet potato, and pumpkin.
  • Mix in egg.
  • Stir in flour and baking soda.
  • Spoon batter into each greased cup of the cupcake pan.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool on wire rack, and then reward your good doggos with deliciousness!
