Peanut Butter Pumpkin Sweet Potato Pupcakes
Servings: 24 Mini Pupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup peanut butter all natural, unsalted (peanuts should be the only ingredient)
- ½ cup sweet potato puree
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease mini cupcake pan.
- Combine oil, peanut butter, sweet potato, and pumpkin.
- Mix in egg.
- Stir in flour and baking soda.
- Spoon batter into each greased cup of the cupcake pan.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack, and then reward your good doggos with deliciousness!
