Bourbon Molasses Chocolate Pecan Pie

  • 9" unbaked pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ½ stick butter melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips plus a little extra for topping
  • ½ cup crushed pecans


  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pie crust (in pie pan) on baking sheet.
  • Combine eggs, sugars, flour, bourbon, molasses, and butter till mixed, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips over the top of the filling.
  • Bake about 45 minutes, till the filling is set.
  • Enjoy warm with ice cream or room temperature.
