Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pie crust (in pie pan) on baking sheet.
Combine eggs, sugars, flour, bourbon, molasses, and butter till mixed, about 2-3 minutes.
Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour into pie crust.
Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips over the top of the filling.
Bake about 45 minutes, till the filling is set.
Enjoy warm with ice cream or room temperature.
