Salted Caramel Maple Bars

  • 1 stick butter melted and cooled
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 11.5 oz jar salted caramel sauce (or about 1 cup of salted caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt Diamond Crystal


  • Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a 9x13 pan with nonstick foil.
  • Combine butter and sugar.
  • Beat eggs, caramel, and syrup into the sugar mix.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until smooth.
  • Spread into the lined pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely and cut into squares.
