Maple Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie
The easiest chocolate pecan pie flavored with bourbon and real maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 10" unbaked pie crust or 9" deep dish
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ stick butter 4 tablespoons, melted and cooled
- 1 cup chocolate chips plus a little extra for topping
- ½ cup crushed pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust (in pie pan) on baking sheet.10" unbaked pie crust
- Whisk together eggs, sugar, flour, bourbon, maple syrup, and butter till combined.3 eggs, ¾ cup brown sugar, ½ cup flour, ¼ cup bourbon, ¼ cup maple syrup, ½ stick butter
- Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.1 cup chocolate chips, ½ cup crushed pecans
- Pour into pie crust.
- Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips over the top of the filling.
- Bake about 40-45 minutes, till the filling is just barely set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or at room temperature.
Notes
Place the pie dish on a baking sheet to bake. This will catch any potential overflow.
Instead of a pie, make Maple Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars by using a roll-out pie crust or homemade pie crust and using an 8x8 pan instead of a pie dish.
Cool completely before slicing.
