Peanut Butter Cups
I have the hardest time deciding what the best chocolate flavor pairing is! I love coconut and chocolate, and I love fruit and chocolate, and I love caramel and chocolate, but the peanut butter and chocolate combo is a classic. There was that 80s Reese’s commercial where the guy was walking down the street eating chocolate and the girl was walking down the street eating peanut butter and they bump into each other, and boom! Chocolate peanut butter deliciousness! Such a perfect combination. There are so many awesome ways to combine these flavors, but you can’t go wrong with classic chocolate peanut butter cups.
I’m a particularly huge fan of the Trader Joe’s peanut butter cups. You know, the ones just staring you in the eyes while you wait in line to check out. And then you suddenly have chocolate-covered cherries, peanut butter cups, and a couple 75 cent wafer bars in addition to the 2 things you actually went in for. No? Just me? Okay, cool.
Well now I don’t have to be tempted in the checkout line anymore. Cause I am bringing you the quickest, easiest, most delicious peanut butter cup recipe of all time. There are only three ingredients, it takes, like, 5 minutes, and then just toss them in the freezer for about a half-hour and they’re ready to go! So for those of you who like to eat desserts, but don’t like the baking, these are no-bake too!
These are great for gifts, or even better to keep a stash in your fridge for yourself!
